Product introduction
XinDing series of hot-repair mixes is suited for easily-worn lining such as trunnion area, taphole area and large working surface in converters. Taking high purity magnesia as main raw material, added with unique organic bond and, this mixes feature advantages like high adhesive strength, low smoke rising, and good flow ability under high temperature and superior resistance to erosion/corrosion. It’s one of the best refractory materials for repairing the working lining of the converter.
Upon sticking onto the lining and after the rotation, mixes will get softened quickly and appear liquidness and get uniform distributed on the surface of the converter. With sintered layer appeared on working surface, the service life of the converter can be extended.
